LoreCards is a user-generated content platform. This page explains how copyright owners and their authorized representatives can notify LoreCards LLC of alleged infringement, how users may send a counter-notification, and LoreCards' policy concerning repeat copyright infringement. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(c), the designated agent for copyright notices for LoreCards LLC is:
Service provider: LoreCards LLC
Designated agent: Aaron Thompson
Organization: LoreCards LLC
Mailing address: 6200 Eubank Blvd NE, APT 912, Albuquerque, NM 87111, United States
Phone: 248-819-4119
Email: support@lorecards.app
If you are the copyright owner or an authorized representative and you believe content on LoreCards infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the designated agent above. You may email support@lorecards.app or mail the notice to the address listed.
If you have a LoreCards account, you may also use in-product reporting on a card (Report this card → Copyright issue). That form collects the information below and stores it for support review. Submitting a report or email does not automatically hide the content.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), a copyright notification must include substantially the following:
Incomplete notices may delay review. Do not send government identification documents unless support specifically asks you to.
After receiving an appropriate copyright notice, LoreCards may remove or disable access to the identified material. Review is performed by our team; we do not promise that every notice will result in removal, or that removal will be immediate.
Where we remove a card design for a confirmed copyright claim, we may also notify the uploader, record a copyright strike, and take other steps described in our product and Terms. Marketplace, drop, and credit consequences, when they apply, are handled in our existing copyright-removal process.
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that happened because of mistake or misidentification of the material, the uploader of the removed card may submit a counter-notification in the product from the removed-card page, or send one to the designated agent at support@lorecards.app. Submitting a counter-notice does not restore the card.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3), a counter-notification must include substantially the following:
If LoreCards receives a compliant counter-notification, we may record that it was forwarded to the original claimant. LoreCards does not currently send that forwarding automatically. The statute generally provides that the service provider may restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after the service provider receives the counter-notification, unless the claimant first informs LoreCards that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on LoreCards. In this product, the restoration waiting period is measured from the time an administrator records that the counter-notice was forwarded.
Restoration is not immediate and is not automatic. An administrator restores a card only after the waiting conditions are satisfied and no court-action report is on file.
LoreCards maintains a policy concerning repeat copyright infringement. LoreCards may suspend or terminate users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Repeated confirmed copyright removals can lead to warnings, publishing restrictions, and a human review of whether suspension or termination is appropriate. Termination is not automatic.
We may also restrict features, including the ability to publish new public cards, when we determine that is appropriate. Specific enforcement decisions depend on the circumstances of each case.
Harassment, spam, child-safety concerns, and other guideline violations are not the same as copyright notices. Use in-product reporting where available, or see Contact, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety Standards.
