LoreCards helps collectors share and discuss moments as cards. We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other content that endangers children. These standards describe our rules, how users can report concerns, how we enforce them, and how to contact us. They supplement our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited on LoreCards. This includes any visual depiction, description, solicitation, or promotion of sexual activity involving a minor, as well as grooming, exploitation, or any conduct that endangers children.
We do not allow sexually explicit content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery involving minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation in any form. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reports to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities where we are legally required to do so.
If you see content on LoreCards that violates these standards or our Community Guidelines, please report it as soon as possible.
In the app or on the website, use the built-in Report option where available:
Include as much detail as you can (links, usernames, screenshots where helpful) so our team can review quickly. You must be signed in to submit in-app reports.
You can also email us at support@lorecards.app or use our Contact page. For urgent child-safety concerns, put "Child safety report" in the subject line.
If a user's behavior violates these standards, you can report them directly from their profile: open the profile menu (⋯) and choose Report user. Select a reason and optional details.
You can also report specific posts or cards using the in-app Report tools described above, or email support@lorecards.app with the username, links to relevant content, and a description of the concern.
LoreCards reviews reports of violating content and behavior. We may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users when we determine that these standards, our Community Guidelines, or our Terms of Service have been violated, or when action is needed to protect users and the platform.
We prioritize child-safety reports. Confirmed CSAM is removed promptly and associated accounts are restricted. We may preserve relevant information as required for investigations and legal obligations.
When we become aware of CSAM or other child exploitation on LoreCards, we take appropriate action, including content removal and account enforcement. Where required by applicable law, we report such material to law enforcement and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional authorities, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities investigating child safety matters.
