Account details you provide (for example email, display name, linked Discord identifiers), content you upload or generate, technical logs (IP address, device and browser type, timestamps), and usage events needed to run and secure the product.
To authenticate you, deliver features, personalize discovery surfaces you interact with, prevent abuse, debug outages, comply with law, and improve reliability and safety. We may use vendors (for example hosting, email, analytics, or moderation tools) who process data on our instructions.
We may process uploaded content, text, images, videos, and metadata with automated systems or service providers to generate cards, detect abuse, moderate content, improve reliability, and operate safety features.
Content users post publicly may be visible to other users and may appear in feeds, topic pages, collections, communities, search, and discovery surfaces.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, in connection with a merger or acquisition, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Public content you post may be visible to other users as described in the Terms.
LoreCards uses YouTube API Services to search for and display public YouTube video metadata and embedded videos on topic and card pages. Embedded video playback is provided by YouTube and may be subject to Google's and YouTube's policies.
When we select or display a video, LoreCards may store limited public YouTube metadata associated with that video, such as:
LoreCards does not access users' YouTube accounts. We do not access subscriptions, watch history, uploads, or other private YouTube data, and we do not upload videos to YouTube on behalf of users.
Your use of embedded YouTube content is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. If you have questions about video-related data on LoreCards, contact us via Contact LoreCards or email support@lorecards.app.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as security, backups, and legal compliance. You may request account deletion where the product supports it; some records may persist for a limited period afterward.
You can review and update certain profile fields in settings. Cookie-based sessions are used for sign-in; see your browser controls for cookie management.
